We are pleased to announce that the team at Pleasant Hill Ventures closed 4 pharmacy transactions in July!

The first transaction was an RX File Buy on 2 stores with a down stream earn out of nearly $1,000,000 and job opportunities for the employees at both stores. The second transaction was a Buy and Operate which included the pharmacy business & equipment, the building and employment for the entire staff. The third transaction was a Buy and Operate which included the pharmacy business & equipment, a 10 year building lease and employment for the owner and her staff.
